When a burglar alarm comes in to our Central Station, we call the police first, and then we call you, which gets help rolling your way as soon as possible.  Since no two customers are exactly alike, our service offerings are customized to meet your specific needs.  This includes finding a security budget you can comfortably manage. 


ALL OUR SYSTEMS AND SERVICES COME WITH STANDARD FEATURES:

  • Top-of-the-line pet-proof motion, glass breakage, and smoke detectors.

  • Advanced Protection Logic Technology – This means if someone breaks in through an entry door and disables your system before the system goes into full alarm, we will still receive the alarm.  

  • Twenty-four hour/seven days a week Central Station emergency service.
  • Automatic testing of your system connection to our Central Station on a daily or weekly schedule; none of our competitors do this.

  • You are assisted by the same member of our team during an emergency or service call until the situation is resolved.

  • We keep a copy of your system program in our data safe, allowing us to have your system programmed and operational again quickly if service is needed.

  • Control your security system via a virtual keypad using any Web browser on a PC or via SMS on a cell phone.
  • Receive important alerts through text or email—i.e. you will know when someone disarms the system or when an employee enters a restricted area.
  • Utilize optional video services to receive images of specific activity occurring around the interior or exterior of your business from the office, at home, or any remote location over a PDA, the Internet, or your cell phone.  This service allows you to monitor employee performance, guard against theft or criminal activity, and keep an eye on vulnerable areas like file rooms or loading docks.
