Our new system was installed today. We moved from another, non-local, company after 8 years.  Young's provided initial installation at a less expensive price than my incumbent quoted, and without a long-term contract.  I received initial information and a follow-up visit and call from the owner himself.  The installer confirmed his arrival the day before and was here when promised.  Everything has been great!
